Interpretation
"Buyer" means the person, firm or company who accepts Seentat's quotation for the sale of the Goods or whose order for the Goods is accepted by Seentat;
"Contract" means the contract for the sale and purchase of the Goods;
"Goods" means the goods (including any instalment of the goods or any parts for them) which Seentat is to supply in accordance with these Terms;
"Seentat" means seentat.com or Annexx Creation Company Limited;
"Terms" means the standard terms of sale set out in this document and (unless the context otherwise requires) includes any special terms agreed between the Buyer and Seentat;
"Working day" means Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays and the period between Christmas Day and New Year's Day;
"Writing" and any similar expression, includes facsimile transmission and comparable means of communication, including by electronic mail.
Basis of the sale
Seentat shall sell and the Buyer shall purchase the Goods in accordance with these Terms, which shall govern the Contract to the exclusion of any other terms save those specifically agreed in Writing by both parties. No variation to these Terms shall be binding unless agreed in Writing by Seentat. No representations concerning the Goods are binding unless confirmed in Writing by Seentat but nothing in these Terms affects the liability of either party for fraudulent misrepresentation. Any advice or recommendation given by Seentat as to the storage, application or use of the Goods which is not confirmed in Writing by Seentat is followed or acted on entirely at the Buyer's own risk, and Seentat shall not be liable for any such advice or recommendation which is not so confirmed. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, invoice or other document or information issued by Seentat shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Seentat. Where specific makes are mentioned in connection with replacement parts it is not implied that Seentat has any association with the original maker. No part of any Seentat publication may be reproduced, stored or transmitted in any form or by any means without the written approval of Seentat. It is acknowledged that all trademarks and trade names mentioned in any Seentat publication or on the Seentat website other than those owned by Seentat are the property of their respective companies/owners.
Orders
No order submitted by the Buyer shall be deemed to be accepted by Seentat unless and until confirmed by Seentat which confirmation shall set out the quantity, quality and description of the Goods and any special terms relating to the Contract. The Buyer shall be responsible to Seentat for ensuring the accuracy of any order submitted. Orders received and accepted by Seentat before 12pm on a Working Day will be processed on the same Working Day. The Buyer's telephone calls may be recorded for delivery purposes and Seentat may refuse to trade with any Buyer at its sole discretion.
We will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours of receiving your order. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we will accept if the item is in stock. Once your confirmation email has been sent, we will be unable to change the order details, including product details, colour, specification, quantity, or delivery address, so make sure all information is correct before completing your checkout.
An order shall be deemed valid and accepted by Seentat only when the Seentat system or official Seentat Support email has received and confirmed all of the following accurate information:
Order number
Final item(s)
Final order price
Shipping address
Receiver name (full name required)
If any of the above information is incorrect, incomplete, or missing, or if a change of items is initiated by either the Buyer or Seentat, the order will be placed on hold and will not be processed until all required details have been verified and confirmed. Seentat Customer Service will contact the Buyer to request the missing, corrected, or updated information. The Buyer must reply with the accurate information via email using the same ordering email address to the official Seentat Support email for the update to be recognised.
Once all required order information has been confirmed, the order will be reprocessed, and both the processing day and shipment time frame will be recalculated from the date the complete and confirmed information is received.

Seentat reserves the right to decline any requests to amend orders.
For cancellations or refunds initiated by the Buyer due to change of mind or items not as expected, the Buyer shall be responsible for all return transportation and logistics costs. A deduction of up to 30% of the product value may apply to reflect the item’s diminished value during processing, shipping, or after delivery, including cases where the goods have been unsealed or used.
A minimum deduction of £30 applies in all cases. Seentat reserves the right to waive the deduction, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.
Price of the goods
The price of the Goods shall be Seentat's quoted price or, failing which, the price listed on the Seentat website at the date of acceptance of the order. Seentat reserves the right to vary its advertised prices at any time.

We are unable to accept payment by cheque, Style Cards, Visa Electron, Solo Cards, Duet Cards, cash, postal orders or gift cards. Delivery
Save where otherwise agreed delivery of the Goods shall be made by Seentat delivering the Goods to the address supplied by the Buyer. Seentat shall use its reasonable commercial endeavours to ensure that orders for Goods received and accepted by Seentat before 12pm are dispatched on the same working day (subject to stock availability) although Seentat shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods however caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the Contract unless previously agreed by Seentat in Writing. Where an item is out of stock at the date of acceptance of the order by Seentat the Goods will be dispatched at a later date with no extra carriage charge. If Seentat fails to deliver the Goods for any reason other than any cause beyond Seentat's reasonable control or the Buyer's fault, and Seentat is accordingly liable to the Buyer, Seentat's liability shall be limited to the excess (if any) of the cost to the Buyer (in the cheapest available market) of similar goods to replace those not delivered over the price of the Goods. In the event of non-delivery of the Goods the Buyer must advise Seentat of such non-delivery in Writing either within 3 working days if the goods were dispatched using a Next Day Delivery option or on the 10th working day if the goods were dispatched from the date on which Seentat confirmed its acceptance of the order in Writing. In the event of a short-fall in the Goods the Buyer must advise Seentat of such short-fall in Writing within 3 days of receipt of the delivery of the Goods. If the Goods are received damaged, the receipt should be signed “Damaged” and Seentat should be notified within 24 hours of the delivery of the Goods and failure to comply with this requirement may result in your claim for repair, refund or replacement of the damaged Goods being invalidated. If the Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods or fails to give Seentat adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery (otherwise than by reason of any cause beyond the Buyer's reasonable control or by reason of Seentat's fault) then, without limiting any other right or remedy available to Seentat, Seentat may: (a) store the Goods until actual delivery and charge the Buyer for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or (b) sell the Goods at the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to the Buyer for the excess over the price under the Contract or charge the Buyer for any shortfall below the price under the Contract.

The statutory rights summarised below are in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty which is offered with your Products, such warranties will vary from Product to Product. If you have an issue with the Products, you can choose whether to seek a remedy under the manufacturer’s warranty or your statutory rights.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected life of your goods your legal rights entitle you to the following:
Up to 30 days: if your item is not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality, then you can get a refund;
Up to six months: if a faulty item cannot be repaired or replaced, then you are entitled to a full refund, in most cases; and
If you experience a fault after six months, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement, or, if that does not work, some of your money back. This will depend on the expected life of your product and the duration of the manufacturer’s warranty; and will only apply for a maximum of six years.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
If your digital content is not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a repair or a replacement;
If the issue cannot be resolved, or if it has not been fixed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you can get some, or all of your money back; and
If you can show that a fault has damaged your device and we have not used reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair or compensation.

Warranty Policy
Thank you for shopping with Seentat. We want you to be confident in your purchase, so this warranty sets out the coverage and procedures if your product requires service.
The Seentat standard warranty, once purchased, guarantees that your product will operate in line with the manufacturer’s specifications for the warranty period stated on your invoice.
For all eligible products, Seentat will provide warranty service through our company and ensure your product is restored to manufacturer standards wherever possible.
Submitting a Warranty Claim
To make a claim, please contact us by email and provide full details of the issue.
You must provide both photos and videos that meet the following requirements:
Clearly show the IMEI number or serial number on both the product and its box
Show all angles of the product to document its overall condition
Clearly display the specific problem you are experiencing
Once you receive the first confirmation of your Repairing / Returning case, please send us the parcel with all accessories and the original box within 14 days.
If the parcel is not sent within this timeframe, Seentat reserves the right to reject the case.
We will do our very best to resolve the matter. If our repair centre determines that a repair is not possible, we will let you know and discuss the next steps.
Important reminders before returning
a. Back up your data: For your data’s safety, we kindly recommend making a full backup before sending the device. While we will handle your item with care, we cannot fully guarantee that data will not be lost during the process, and we appreciate your understanding.
b. Unlock the device: Please ensure that all apps and the device are unlocked.
c. Return a full set: The return must be a complete set with all accessories, including the original box and packing.
Returning a Product Under Warranty
Please pack the product securely in the same condition as received, and kindly avoid taping the retail box.
Include a note with your order number and the repairing case number, and place it inside or outside the package so we can easily identify it.
Notify us by email with the proof of shipment.
Once we receive your item, we will confirm its arrival and send you a second confirmation.
If the repair is not cost-effective, or if replacement parts are no longer available, we may replace your product with a similar item of equal or greater value, based on current market value at the time of replacement.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the product to us initially.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will assess whether Seentat should cover the cost. Seentat reserves the right to make the final decision in this regard.
If the returned item is not in its original condition, an additional charge of up to 30% may apply.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Seentat’s sole obligation under this warranty is to provide the service described above.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
Please note that the warranty does not cover the following:
Consumable items such as batteries or films
Non-electronic products or those that do not require electricity (e.g., bags, lens hoods)
Carrier-related issues for mobile phones or tablets (e.g., SIM card, coverage, service range, etc.)
Firmware or software-related issues, operating system modifications, rooting, or jailbreaking
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Liquid, accidental drops, mishandling, or intentional damage
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or cleaning
Physical damage such as cracks or breaks
Improper use of accessories or incompatible parts
Normal wear and tear (e.g., surface scratches, expected battery depletion, screen burn)
Exposure to extreme conditions (dust, dirt, moisture, heat, fire, frost, flooding, natural disasters, etc.)
Negligence, misuse, or failure to follow provided instructions
Use with irregular or incorrect voltage supply
Tampering or removal of the serial number
Use with non-approved networks, accessories, or software
Data loss or errors in third-party/non-original software Inadequate packaging during shipment to our service centre
LCD/display damage due to improper handling
Non-manufacturer related lens defects
Special Notes
Action Cameras, Casings, Bags, Mobile Phones
Damage caused by impacts, exceeding recommended usage (such as waterproof depth limits), or other misuse will void the warranty.
Please note, the warranty applies only to the purchased item and not to other products used alongside it.
Remote Control Toys
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Crashes or burning due to non-manufacturing causes
Operation in environments with electromagnetic interference (e.g., mining areas, radio towers, high-voltage wires)
Use in areas with wireless interference (e.g., Wi-Fi, transmitters, video-links)
Operation with weights beyond safe limits
Use with low or defective batteries
Seentat cannot be held responsible for defects or damage to any other items used in conjunction with the covered product.
Risk and Property
The use of our site and any contracts formed are governed by English law.
All products are sold on the basis that they are for personal, domestic use only.
We shall not be responsible to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for incidental, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, any loss of profit (direct or indirect), loss of sales, loss of goodwill or reputation, loss of business, third party claims, pure economic loss arising out of or in connection of the performance or non performance of our obligations under these terms and conditions including such damage as may be reasonably foreseeable at the date you order the goods.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Our liability for any claim for loss or damage shall be limited to the sum paid by you for the goods.
A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of these terms and conditions.
We may assign or transfer any of our rights or sub contract any of our obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party.
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these terms and conditions except with our specific permission in writing.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and any such changes will be communicated on our website.
There are links on our website to third party websites which we believe may be of interest to you. We do not have any control over the content of these websites nor can we be liable in respect of anything contained on these websites. These terms and conditions govern the entire trading relationship between you and ourselves and will remain in force for the duration of our trading relationship.
All intellectual property rights (including use of trade marks) shall be solely owned by us. You are permitted only to use material on this website as expressly authorised by us or our licensors.
Any unauthorised use of material on this site is strictly prohibited.
We will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any product or pricing information which we place on the site but we make no warranties (whether express or implied) in relation to the accuracy of such information).
We may close your account or terminate our trading relationship by giving you notice of at least seven (7) days. This does not affect your obligation to repay any amounts you owe to us.
These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous Terms and Conditions, representations, undertakings and agreements.
Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to the Buyer at the time of delivery or, if the Buyer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Goods, the time when Seentat tenders delivery of the Goods. If the risk and property in the Goods has passed to the Buyer and the Goods are subsequently returned to Seentat for whatever reason, the risk in the Goods will not pass back to Seentat until the Goods are signed for by authorised personnel at Seentat.
Applicable Law and Venue
This User Agreement, together with any transactions conducted on this website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, as applicable to agreements made and fully performed within Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or relating to this User Agreement or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively before the courts located in Hong Kong. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising under or in connection with this User Agreement.
Changes to This User Agreement
Seentat (www.seentat.com) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or update this User Agreement, or any related policy of the Site, at any time. If changes are made, the revised version will be posted on the Site and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
All changes or modifications shall take effect immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You are encouraged to review this User Agreement and any associated policies regularly to remain informed of the terms and conditions that apply.
Entities and Roles
Seentat operates through multiple corporate entities to manage international operations, logistics, and customer services. NSTARCHAIN INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (Hong Kong) is responsible for product sourcing, international procurement, logistics coordination, and administrative support. This entity oversees the importation and distribution process and provides backend operational support for products supplied to the UK market. ANNEXX CREATION COMPANY LIMITED (United Kingdom) is responsible for UK-facing operations, including sales, customer service, and order processing. Prices displayed to UK customers include applicable duties and VAT-equivalent charges, where applicable.
